Monthly access
The subscription costs $98 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime.
Cancellation
Subscribers can manage their payment method or cancel future renewal through Stripe’s billing portal, linked from Account & Billing. Cancellation at the end of the billing period lets access continue until the paid period ends.
Simulated trading and market information
Trades and P&L shown in the app are simulations. The service does not send orders to a broker or exchange. Indicators, scans, and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong and cannot guarantee profit. Trading real assets carries risk of loss.
Refund requests and support
Email alientradetech@gmail.com with the account email, relevant charge date, and reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed individually; a request does not guarantee approval. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an earlier payment. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law. Do not email payment-card details or sign-in codes.
