Help & FAQ

A guide to email sign-in, free demos, charts, and monthly access.

What is Alien Trade Tech?

A charting workspace with original indicators, a sector scanner, a watchlist, music, and simulated trading tools. You can compare chart views and follow paper-trade P&L. The site does not place real trades.

How do I enter the charts?

Open Account & Billing, enter your email, and enter the one-time code sent to your inbox on that same page. Then choose START 15-MINUTE DEMO or, if you have paid access, OPEN PORTAL. Email codes are for sign-in, not the shared access-key box.

How do subscriptions work?

Monthly access costs $98 USD per month with automatic renewal. Cancel anytime. A subscriber can manage payment details and cancel future renewal through Stripe’s billing portal. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.

Can I use one account on several devices at once?

No. Demo and paid access allow one active chart or scanner tab. Use the links within that tab to move between pages. Close it before opening another tab. Signing in on a new browser ends that account’s previous browser session.

Are scanner alerts guaranteed to appear immediately?

No. Scans rotate through assets and rely on outside market-data feeds. Feed limits, missing candles, and browser background throttling can delay or miss an alert. The scanner shows late findings when it detects them.

What happens when I refresh?

Refreshing starts a fresh chart and scanner session and clears open paper trades and drawings. Your saved watchlist stays in that browser until you remove it.

Where are announcements?

Public updates appear on the landing page. Active subscribers can read private updates in the Account & Billing inbox.

Need help with an account?

Email alientradetech@gmail.com for account, billing, or privacy questions. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card details.

How do free account demos work?

Create or sign in to your free account with a one-time email code. Each account gets five 15-minute demos with full chart, scanner, and music functions. Choose START DEMO to use a session. The timer keeps running if you close the site or sign out. Refreshing resumes the same session. A countdown and session counter appear on charts and scanner. The same account gains paid access when you subscribe; paid access has no demo timer.
