ALIEN TRADE TECH / PRIVACY

Privacy information

This page describes the account, billing, and browser information used to operate Alien Trade Tech. Updated October 23, 2026.

Access and account information

The site uses browser cookies to remember demo, owner, or subscriber access. Email sign-in stores your email, account identifier, active session, subscription state, and any subscriber-announcement read status. A new subscriber sign-in replaces the prior active browser session.

Payments

Checkout and billing management use Stripe-hosted pages. The site stores subscription and customer identifiers and access dates needed to decide whether your account is active. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe, not in the chart page.

Site activity and security

If the member database is configured, charts and scanner activity can be counted using a hashed browser or account identifier. The owner’s activity report removes daily records older than 370 days when it loads. These counts help the owner understand usage; they are estimates. Sign-in abuse controls use keyed hashes of email or network identifiers and short-lived request counters. Expired counters are cleaned up during later requests. Checkout attempt records help prevent duplicate subscriptions.

Your browser data

The watchlist and interface choices are stored in your browser. Refreshing clears open paper trades and drawings. Browser storage may be lost if you clear site data or change devices.

Service providers and privacy requests

Netlify hosts the website; Supabase provides account authentication and database storage; Resend delivers sign-in emails; Stripe processes subscriptions and payment information. These services receive information needed to perform those functions. For privacy questions or requests concerning your account information, email alientradetech@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal obligations.
